Located 1 mile west of UNM on Central Ave.

CHANG-ES group rate is $130/night for single and $140/night for a double and includes breakfast. In order to recieve this discounted meeting rate, call (+1-505-998-7601) or email (nwallace (at) hotelparqcentral.com) Noelle Wallace and say that you need a reservation at the UNM discounted rate for the 2020 CHANG-ES meeting.

There is a hotel shuttle for morning drop-offs and evening pick-ups at UNM.

Parking on campus is limited. There are metered spots for $2/hour. The Cornell Parking Structure has covered parking about two blocks from PAÍS. It costs $18/9 hours (max 9 hour parking limit) or $2/hour to park at Cornell Parking structure.

Casas del Rio is a dorm on campus (shown on map at the bottom map of the Venue page) where we can reserve rooms with prices of $35/person/night for a double and $45/person/night for a single. The pricing doesn't include breakfast or extra bedding/towels for extra people. Contact the LOC if you are interested in this option (need to reserve these well in advance) or if you have questions about pricing.

There are other hotel options that are much further away near the airport. The main hotel strips near the airport are near the Gibson and Yale or the University and Sunport Blvd. intersections.

Travel from the airport to Hotel Parq Central/UNM

Hotel Parq Central has a free airport shuttle. Call +1-505-242-0040 when you land to request shuttle if you are staying at the hotel.

You can rent a car at the airport and drive to the hotel/UNM (~10min drive north). Take airport shuttle to car rental area since it is detached from the airport.

You can also take a taxi or an Uber and it will probably cost <$20.

You can take the 50 bus from the Sunport to UNM. The bus stop is a few steps west of the PAIS building on Redondo.

The Albuquerque Rapid Transit (ART) red and green line and the local Route 66 bus travels east and west on Central Ave. Use the ABQ Ride App to find out when and where the next bus will be coming. Bus fare is $1, or $2 for an all day pass.
