Excursion

• Take a trip down to the VLA, LWA, and NRAO for a tour and eat lunch in Socorro. Will either have to carpool or rent a bus for this trip depending on the number of people going. Keep in mind that it will be hot, dry, and sunny, so bring sun protection and water. 
  

• Take the rail runner train up north to Santa Fe for the day. Explore the art galleries on Canyon Road, the southwestern stores and the Cathedral at the Plaza, and all the rest Santa Fe has to offer.  Rail runner is $10/person. 
  

Group Dinner 

Church Street Cafe located in Old Town (we will have to car pool and use the hotel shuttle). We should get there early to let everyone explore Old Town, Albuquerque.

Opening Drinks

We will meet on the rooftop lounge/bar (weather permitting) on Sunday night at Hotel Parq Central.
